| CROCKPOT CHILI (Linda Demory Dixon) |
| 1 small can kidney beans (drained)
1 qt. canned tomatoes (drained) 2 lbs. ground beef, browned and drained 1 med. onion chopped 1 tsp garlic powder 3 tbsp chile powder 1 tsp ground cumin |
| Place all ingredients in crockpot. Mix well. Cover and cook: low, 8-10 hours; high 5-6 hours. Stir several times during cooking. Double for large crowd.
Serve with corn bread. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream or whatever you like. |
