Ten-Minute Crab Bisque
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables

10 3/4 ounces cheddar cheese soup

10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup

4 cups half and half

3 tablespoons sherry

1 teaspoon CROSSE & BLACKWELL Worcestershire Sauce

8 ounces crabs

1/4 cup canned clams

1 tomato, chopped
Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to the package directions; drain.
In a saucepan combine cheddar cheese soup, cream of mushroom soup, half and half, sherry, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Stir in the vegetables, crab, canned clams, chopped tomato, and butter. Heat to serving temperature.
Makes 6 servings.
